One More Time is an online marketplace where businesses and individuals sell returned, unsold, and overstocked items at discounted prices. We provide the platform to facilitate sales but are not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older (or have guardian consent) to use this Platform. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Account Registration and Use

 

    • You must register to buy or sell.

    • You are responsible for your account’s security and all activity under your login.

    • Misuse or false registration may lead to suspension or a permanent ban.

4. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on One More Time, you agree to the following:

 

    • Only list authentic, legally owned items.

    • Each product’s price must be lower than its original selling price

    • Clearly describe the product condition (new, returned, overstocked, etc.).

 

    • Handle buyer inquiries professionally and resolve disputes in good faith.

    • Comply with all laws and policies regarding the sale of your products.

Fees and Payouts:

 

    • One More Time takes a 5% platform commission on each successful sale.

    • Sellers also pay Stripe’s standard fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

    • Sellers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs.

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect after deducting the above charges.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

 

    • Provide accurate shipping and billing information.

    • Please note that listed products may be returned, open-box, or surplus inventory.

    • Contact the seller first for order-related issues.

    • Accept that all products are sold in the condition described by the seller.

6. Product Condition and Warranty

 

    • Sellers must specify the exact condition of each product.

    • One More Time does not offer warranties unless stated by the seller.

    • Buyers accept items “as described” by the seller.

7. Payments and Fees

 

    • All transactions are securely processed through Stripe.

    • Buyers are charged at checkout. Sellers receive payment after fees are deducted:

       

        • 5% platform fee

        • 2.9% + $0.30 Stripe transaction fee

    • Sellers are also responsible for all shipping costs.

8. Shipping and Delivery

 

    • Sellers must ship the item within the promised timeframe and provide tracking info.

    • All shipping costs are paid by the seller.

    • One More Time is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping.

9. Returns and Refunds

 

    • Each seller sets their own return/refund policy, which must be clearly stated in the product listing.

    • Buyers must initiate any return requests within the time frame listed.

    • If the seller does not respond within 7 business days, One More Time may intervene to mediate.

10. Prohibited Items

The following may not be listed:

 

    • Stolen or counterfeit goods

    • Expired or recalled products

    • Weapons, explosives, or illegal substances

    • Hazardous materials or items banned by law

    • Any content that infringes on intellectual property

Listings violating these rules will be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned.

11. Marketplace Integrity

We are committed to a trustworthy experience for both buyers and sellers.
We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or limit access if:

 

    • Pricing rules are ignored

    • Items are misrepresented

    • Users behave dishonestly or abusively

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including branding, logos, graphics, and text, is owned by or licensed to One More Time. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Sellers retain rights to their product images and descriptions, but grant us permission to display and promote their content on the Platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

 

    • Product defects or misrepresentations by sellers

    • Delivery delays or damages caused by third-party couriers

    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform

You use this Platform at your own risk.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any user account without notice if:

 

    • These Terms are violated

    • Fraudulent or unlawful activity occurs

    • Platform misuse is detected

15. Changes to These Terms
